This program intends to bring recognition and appreciation towards the contributions made by youth artists, their excellent work, which has contributed much to preserving and promoting Goan cultural heritage.

Eligibility
- Applicant Criteria:
- Must be an individual artist.
- Age: 25 to 40 years (in exceptional cases, age relaxation of up to 5 years may be granted).
- Artistic Contribution:
- Must have demonstrated extraordinary contributions in their field for at least 5 years in Goa.
- Posthumous Awards:
- No award will be presented posthumously unless the artist’s death occurs after their nomination is finalized.
- Award Limitation:
- Artists who have previously received this award are not eligible to apply again.
Exclusions
- No Repeat Awards: An artist cannot receive the award more than once.
- No Retroactive Awards: Awards are not granted posthumously unless under special circumstances approved by the Task Force Committee.
