- Family: Family only one vehicle (husband, wife, and minor children together).
- Bank Account: A bank account in the name of the applicant with Aadhaar-linked details is required.
- Occupation: Neither the applicant nor any of their family members should be a government employee or pensioner (not including families of sanitary workers).
- Income Status:
- No income tax payees.
- The monthly electricity consumption of the Family Dwelling Unit (FDU) should not be more than 300 units (6 months average).

- Applicants must not have more than:
- 3 acres of wet land, or
- 10 acres of dry land, or
- 10 acres of wet for human and dry for other uses.

- Municipal Area Property Limit: Family must not own any property above 1,000 sq. ft.
