• Benefit of ₹13,500/- per annum disbursed in the same 3 instalments as land owners
• Eligibility determined based on lease agreements and specific minimum lease extents:
– Agriculture, Horticulture, Sericulture: Minimum 1.0 Acre (0.4 Ha)
– Vegetables, Flowers, Fodder: Minimum 0.5 Acre (0.2 Ha)
– Betel Vine: Minimum 0.1 Acre (0.04 Ha)
• Identification through village-level Grama Sabhas and verification by field officials
• Additional Measures:
• Joint verification of land ownership data using web data, on-ground verification by extension and revenue officers, and random verification processes
• Exclusions include beneficiaries of higher economic status such as institutional land holders, high-income families, and professionals
Eligibility
For Land Owner Farmer Families:
• Must collectively own cultivable land as per land records
• Includes cultivators on ROFR lands, D Patta lands, or acquired lands with no compensation
• In joint holding, benefit transferred to the member with the highest landholding or the eldest in case of equal shares
For Landless Tenant Farmers:
• Must not own any Agriculture/Horticulture/Sericulture land
• Only one tenant per land owner is eligible
• Must adhere to minimum lease area requirements
• Preferential order for benefits: ST > SC > BC > Minority
• Tenants with multiple leases receive benefit as a single unit

• Institutional land holders and farmers holding certain constituency posts (current/former Ministers, MPs, MLAs, MLCs)
• Pensioners with monthly pension ≥₹10,000 (excluding certain staff)
• Professionals such as doctors, engineers, lawyers, etc., who paid Income Tax last assessment year
• Persons owning farmlands converted for non-agricultural use
• Persons liable for Commercial/Professional Tax/GST during the last assessment year
• In death cases, benefits initially provided to the spouse, then to the legal heir in subsequent years
