- Residency:

- Income Tax:
- No family member should be an income tax payee.
- Property:
- Built-up area (residential or commercial) should be less than 1000 sq. feet.

- The beneficiary must be a female aged between 45 and 60 years.
- Category:
- The applicant must belong to BC, SC, ST, or Minority Communities and not be covered under YSR Pension Kanuka.
Application Process
Online Process
- Login:
- Visit the Citizen Schemes Portal and log in using Aadhaar-tagged mobile OTP authentication.
- Application Submission:
- In the “Citizen Scheme Application” section, select “YSR Cheyutha” from the scheme dropdown and click “Submit.”
- Verification Workflow:
- The application is forwarded to Welfare and Education Assistants (WEAs) or Ward Welfare and Development Secretaries (WWDS) who conduct field verification (including eKYC) and make recommendations.
- The application then goes to the Mandal Parishad Development Officer (MPDO) or Municipal Commissioner (MC) for further review.
- Final verification is done by the Executive Directors of the Backward Classes Welfare Department (ED BCs).

- Based on recommendations, provisional eligible and ineligible lists are published.
