  2. Income-Based Housing Categories:
    • Category A: For personnel earning ₹18,000 or more (Basic Pay + Grade Pay). Flat size: Approx. 1123 sq. ft.
    • Category B: For personnel earning ₹15,000 or more. Flat size: Approx. 926 sq. ft.
    • Category C: For personnel earning ₹8,840 or more. Flat size: Approx. 794 sq. ft.
  3. Other Conditions:
    • Only one application per eligible personnel.
    • Joint applications allowed with immediate family members (spouse, parents, children).
    • Only one flat will be allotted to a selected applicant.
