Eligibility
To be eligible for the Vyasakabi Fakir Mohan Bhasabruti Scholarship, a student must:

For UG Students:
- Be admitted to +3 Arts (Undergraduate) with Odia as Honours Subject in Degree Colleges, Autonomous Colleges, or State Universities in Odisha or other states.
- Have passed +2 (Higher Secondary) Examination with a minimum 60% aggregate marks from the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha.

For PG Students:
- Be admitted to M.A. (Odia) in any State University, Degree College, or Autonomous College in Odisha.
- Have secured at least 60% marks in Odia Honours in the +3 Arts Final Examination.

Selection Criteria:
- Selection is based on merit in the qualifying examination:
- UG students will be selected based on +2 examination marks.
- PG students will be selected based on +3 Odia Honours marks.

Note:
- If the number of eligible applicants exceeds 1,500, selection will be made based on merit.
- Distance learning/correspondence course students are not eligible.
Exclusions
Students enrolled in distance learning or correspondence courses are NOT eligible.

- Visit the State Scholarship Portal, Odisha.
- Click on “Registration” and read the instructions/declaration.
- Accept the terms, enter your Aadhaar Number, Mobile Number, Name, Date of Birth, and Email ID, then click “Register”.
- Your login credentials will be sent to your registered mobile number and email ID.

- Go to scholarship.odisha.gov.in and log in with your credentials.
- Click on “Schemes and Scholarship” and select “Vyasakabi Fakir Mohan Bhasabruti Scholarship” from the dropdown.
- Fill out the application form and upload the required documents.
- Click “Submit”, take a printout, and submit the hard copy with relevant documents to your College Principal/Head of Institution.
