Vishist Coaching Scheme Vishwakarma Gujarat Building And Other Construction Worker’s Welfare Board is an initiative under Labour, Skill Development & Employment Department, Government of Gujarat (GBOCWWB) This scheme is offering fee reimbursement to children of registered construction workers for their registration & coaching / tuition fees of professional course and competitive exams.
Objective
To facilitate the career development of the children of construction workers by supporting their preparation for professional courses like Chartered Accountancy and competitive exams conducted by:
- Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC)
- Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)
- Gujarat Gaun Seva Selection Board (GGSSB)
- Gujarat Panchayat Service Selection Board (GPSSB)

1. Apply for ‘E-Nirman Card’ (Mandatory for Scheme Application)

- Fill in all mandatory details and click ‘Register’.

- Select ‘Construction Works Form’, fill in required details, and upload documents.
- Agree to the terms & conditions and submit the form.
- A confirmation with an Application Number will be generated for future reference.

- Click on ‘View Citizen Application Status’ on the portal.
- Enter the Application Number and Date of Birth.
- Click ‘View Status’.
2. Apply for the Vishist Coaching Scheme (Sanman Portal)
- Visit the Sanman Portal:
https://sanman.gujarat.gov.in/ - Register for Scheme Benefits:
- Under ‘Citizen Login’, click on ‘Please Register Here’.
- Enter your Aadhaar Card Number, select user type, and input your E-Nirman Card Number.
- Click on ‘Fetch’ to retrieve your details and complete registration.
- Submit Application for the Scheme:
- Log in using your User ID and Password.
- Select the Vishist Coaching Scheme from the list of available schemes.
- Read the instructions carefully, fill out the application form, and upload necessary documents.
- Agree to the rules and regulations and submit the application.
