Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this scheme, applicants must meet the following conditions:
- Must be a differently-abled student.
- Should have a disability percentage of 40% or more.
- Must have completed studies in educational institutions within Kerala.
- Should have secured:
- 60% marks for Arts subjects
- 80% marks for Science subjects
- 60% & above for Post-Graduation & Professional Courses
- The student must have passed from Government/Aided Colleges or Other Affiliated Institutions (Parallel Colleges, Distance Education Centers).
- The examination must be cleared in the first attempt.
- If two or more students have the same eligibility, priority is given to the student with a higher disability percentage.

Online Process
- Visit the Portal: Go to the SUNEETHI – Online Service Application Portal.
- Registration:
- Click on “One-time Registration”.
- Enter details (Name, Email ID, Mobile Number) and click Register.
- Enter the verification code received on the mobile number and click Verify.
- Fill in the required details and create a new profile.
- Login & Application:
- Go to the SUNEETHI Portal and click “Citizen Login”.
- Enter Mobile Number & Password to log in.
- Update Personal Details, Contact Info, Identity Cards & Bank Details.
- Select the Vijayamritham Scheme from the left panel and click “Apply Now”.
- Fill in the application form and click Submit.
Offline Process
- Applicants can also submit their forms at the Department of Social Justice Office in Kerala.
