The Transport Loan Scheme is offered by the Delhi Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Minorities & Safai Karamchari Finance and Development Corporation (DSFDC), Government of NCT of Delhi. It aims to encourage self-employment by providing term loans up to ₹5,00,000/- for the purchase of Light Motor Vehicles (LMVs). The target beneficiaries include Scheduled Castes, Other Backward Classes, Minorities, and Safai Karamcharis.

Application Process
Offline

Collect application form from DSFDC headquarters (Rohini) or branch offices (Rajpur Road, Mangolpuri, Nand Nagri), or download it from DSFDC official website

Fill out the form, paste passport-size photo, attach self-attested documents

Submit the completed application at any DSFDC office with a processing fee of ₹350/- (via demand draft)

After scrutiny and approval, a sanction letter is issued

Post-sanction, submit additional documents including guarantor details, PDCs (if applicable), group photograph, etc.

Upon fulfilling all formalities, the loan is disbursed to the applicant’s account
