Eligibility Criteria
• Applicant must be a leather artisan
• Belong to any of the following SC sub-castes: Arundathiyar, Madar, Madig, Mochi, Chamagar, Rohidas, Samagara, Dhor, Aadhi Dravida, Aadhi Karnataka, and others listed under the scheme
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Annual family income:
– Up to ₹30,000/- (rural areas)
– Up to ₹25,000/- (urban areas)
• Family members must not be employed in government or semi-government services
• Applicant/family must not have availed benefits under other corporation schemes, except training programs
