Eligibility
• Must be an adult belonging to the Scheduled Caste community in Gujarat.

Offline
• Step 01: Visit the nearest Intensive Poultry Development Project Office or District Poultry Extension Centre to collect the application form.
• Step 02: Fill in all mandatory fields on the form, affix a passport-sized photograph (signed if required), and attach self-attested copies of the required documents.
• Step 03: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the designated receiving authority.
• Step 04: Obtain a receipt or acknowledgment from the authority containing the submission date, time, and a unique identification number.
