The Stipend Scheme for Poultry Farming Training for Schedule Caste is launched by the Department of Agriculture, Farmers Welfare & Co-operation, Government of Gujarat. The goal of this scheme is to uplift Scheduled Caste poultry farmers by offering scientific training and a stipend to support their learning and practical development.

After successful completion of the 6-day poultry farming training, the trainee will receive a training certificate and a stipend of up to ₹2000, directly credited to their bank account.

Benefits

  • ₹300 per day for 6 days as daily allowance = ₹1800

  • ₹200 as to & fro transport fare

  • Maximum total stipend: ₹2000 (Direct Benefit Transfer to bank account)

  • Training certificate will be provided upon successful completion

Eligibility

  • Must be an adult belonging to the Scheduled Caste community of Gujarat

  • Must provide income proof and caste certificate

  • Priority will be given to female beneficiaries and those Below Poverty Line (BPL)

Application Process

Online 

Step 1: Visit the I-Khedut Portal
Step 2: Click on “Apply New” to start a new application
Step 3: Use “Update Application” to edit the form if needed
Step 4: Confirm the application within 7 days of saving
Step 5: Submit the signed printout of the application and required documents at the office address mentioned or upload scanned documents after confirmation
Step 6: Take a printout of the confirmed application for record

Offline
Step 01: The applicant needs to visit the nearest Intensive Poultry Development Project Office or District Poultry Extension Centre and collect the application form.
Step 02: Fill in all the mandatory fields of the application form, attach all the (self-attested) required documents, and submit it to the designated receiving authority.
Step 03: After successful verification, the applicant can avail the benefit of the scheme.

Notes:

  • Only filling the form online does not complete the application.

  • The signed printout with documents must be submitted/uploaded.

  • PDF documents should be under 200 KB.

  • If incorrect/incomplete documents are uploaded, the application must be corrected within 7 days.
