Online & Offline

• Step 02: Click “Apply New” and submit a new application
• Step 03: Use “Update Application” to correct any errors
• Step 04: Confirm the application within seven days of saving it online
• Step 05: Sign and submit the application along with supporting documents to the office address mentioned on the application; scanned copies can be uploaded after confirmation
• Step 06: Print a copy of the confirmed application for submission

• It is mandatory to take a printout of the application as online application alone is insufficient
• Scanned copies should be in PDF format not exceeding 200 KB
• Incomplete or incorrect documents uploaded online must be rectified within seven days
