Application Process
Offline Mode
- Visit the Headmaster or Principal of a Government special school during office hours and request a hard copy of the application form.
- Fill out the application form with all the required details.
- Attach the necessary documents (self-attested, if required).
- Submit the completed application form along with the documents to the District Differently Abled Welfare Officer or the Headmaster of the Government special school.
- Request an acknowledgment receipt from the officer. Ensure the receipt contains:
- Date and time of submission.
- Unique identification number (if applicable).
