Eligibility

Application Process
Online (via Antyodaya SARAL Portal)
• Step 1: Visit the official Antyodaya SARAL portal
• Step 2: In the SIGN IN HERE section, click “New user? Register here” and fill in the mandatory fields; create a strong password (at least 9 characters, including one special character, one numeric, one lower case, and one upper case letter)
• Step 3: Validate your Email ID and Mobile Number via OTP (OTP valid for 15 minutes; verification link valid for 48 hours)
• Step 4: Login using your credentials
• Step 5: Click “Apply for Service” > “View All Available Services” and select the Shilpi Samridhi Yojana
• Step 6: Fill in all mandatory details in the online application form, click “Self-Declaration”, enter the captcha, and click “Submit”
• Step 7: Preview details, click “Attach Annexure”, upload mandatory documents, then click “Save Annexure”
• Step 8: After verification, click “Submit” and take a printout of the Acknowledgement Receipt
