The scheme provides monthly financial assistance to Scheduled Caste (SC) students who are enrolled in professional courses at Government or Private Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs).
The primary objective of this scheme is to support SC students in completing their professional education and skill development programs without financial hardship.

Eligibility
- The student must belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category of Gujarat.
- The student must be enrolled in a professional course at a Government or Private Industrial Training Institute (ITI).
- The annual family income should not exceed ₹6,00,000 (for both Rural & Urban Areas).

Online Application Submission
- Visit the Digital Gujarat Portal – Click Here
- Click ‘Register’ to create an account.
- Enter Mobile Number, Email, and Password, then click ‘Save’.
- Login using your Username (Mobile No./Email ID) and Password.
- Click ‘My Profile’ and update your details.
- Enter OTP verification to confirm profile setup.
- Under ‘Services’, select ‘Scholarship Services’ → ‘SC Scheme’.
- Select the Financial Year and click on ‘Change Financial Year’.
- Choose the Scholarship/Stipend for ITI Students, read the instructions, and click ‘Continue to Service’.
- Fill in the application form and upload the required documents.
- Click ‘Save as Draft’, review the form, and submit by clicking ‘Confirm & Final Submit’.
Important Instructions
- Photo Upload is mandatory.
- The application is considered complete only when all sections are filled.
- Only one application per student is accepted. Multiple applications will be rejected.
- Providing false or misleading information will lead to immediate rejection.
- All documents must be scanned clearly, as unreadable documents will result in rejection.
- No changes can be made once the application is successfully submitted.
- Direct individual submissions are not accepted for students studying within Gujarat.
