  • Have provided humanitarian service to at least 25 inmates (e.g., the old, sick, underprivileged children) continuously for the last 5 years.
  • Possess infrastructure facilities with a minimum area of 50 sq. meters (with proper ventilation, toilets, kitchen, etc.).
  • Furnish a copy of their constitution/bye-laws.

Clause (C):
For enhanced grants, institutions/NGOs must:

  • Submit a detailed proposal for additional financial support, backed by proper documentation.

  • Focus on projects aimed at uplifting underprivileged, sick, aged, disabled, and destitute populations.
