Application Process

Online – Via CSCs on Antyodaya-SARAL Portal

Step 01: Visit the official Antyodaya-SARAL Portal at https://saralharyana.gov.in/
Step 02: If not registered, click on “New User” under Sign In Here and fill in all the mandatory details (Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Password, State) then click ‘Submit’
Step 03: Verify your mobile number and email ID via the OTP received
Step 04: Login using your registered email ID and password
Step 05: Click on ‘Apply for Services’ then ‘View all Available Services’; search for the scheme and fill out the application form
Step 06: Enter your Parivaar Pehchan Patra (PPP) number – Family ID and click on “Click here to Fetch Family Data” to display the family members
Step 07: Select the beneficiary/applicant name, enter the OTP sent for verification, and click “Click to Verify”
Step 08: Fill in all the mandatory details and upload the required documents
Step 09: Preview the application form and click on ‘Submit’

Tracking of Application

• Applicants can track their application by entering the Department Name, Scheme Name, and Application Reference ID on the portal

Process of Distribution

• The Sub Divisional Officer (AHD) examines applications on a first come, first serve basis and forwards them to the concerned Deputy Director (AHD) within three working days
• The Deputy Director (AHD) forwards the application to the Assistant Director, Government Hatchery Farm, Hisar within four working days
• The Assistant Director supplies 50 chicks (10-day-old) along with 2 drinkers and 2 feeders at the beneficiary’s doorstep, records the receipt, and uploads it on the portal
