Application Process

Mode: Offline

  1. The R&D institution must submit an application in the prescribed format along with all necessary documents to the Industries Commissionerate.
  2. The Industries Commissioner’s office will scrutinize the proposals to ensure compliance with the scheme’s eligibility criteria and guidelines.
  3. Proposals are then presented to the State Level Empowered Committee (SLEC) for further review and approval.
  4. Upon approval by SLEC, reimbursement of the sanctioned assistance is processed, and the claim is disbursed by the Industries Commissioner’s office.

  • For New Units: Within one year from the date of commencement of production (as evidenced by the Entrepreneurs Memorandum Part-2/ Permanent Registration/ Commencement of Production Certificate).
  • For Existing Units (Expansion/Diversification/Modernization): Within one year of completion of the respective activity.
