Saur Sujala Yojana: Subsidized Solar Irrigation Pumps in CG

Benefits

Subsidy Structure:

- For 3 HP Pumps:
  - SC/ST: Beneficiary’s contribution is ₹7,000 per unit.
  - OBC: Contribution is ₹12,000 per unit.

- For 5 HP Pumps:
  - SC/ST: Contribution is ₹10,000 per unit.
  - OBC: Contribution is ₹15,000 per unit.

Processing Fee:
In addition, there is a processing fee calculated per watt – Rs. 3000 for 3 HP (3000 W) and Rs. 4800 for 5 HP (4800 W).

- Farmers of all scales (small, medium, and large) residing in Chhattisgarh.
- Beneficiaries must own agricultural land along with a water source (such as a borewell, well, river, or stream) in their own name.
