Application Process
- Online:

Step 1: Visit a Common Service Centre (CSC) near you.
Step 2: Purchase the application form by paying ₹ 25 (plus GST) at the counter.
Step 3: In the form, fill in all the mandatory details, and attach copies of the required documents. The details to be filled include name, contact number, other personal details, bank account and income details, among others. Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form at the CSC.
