Application Process
Online Application via Antyodaya SARAL Portal:
- Registration:
- Visit the official Antyodaya SARAL Portal.
- In the “SIGN IN HERE” section, click on “New user? Register here”.
- Complete the registration form with mandatory details, create a strong password (minimum 9 characters with at least one special character, one numeric, one uppercase, and one lowercase letter), fill in the captcha, and click “Submit”.
- An OTP will be sent to your registered email and mobile number. Verify the OTP (valid for 15 minutes) and the email verification link (valid for 48 hours). Upon successful verification, a confirmation message will appear.
- Login:
- Log in using your email ID and password.
- Application Submission:
- Click on ‘Apply for Service’ in the left pane and select “View All Available Services”.
- Choose the Old Age Samman Allowance scheme from the list.
- Fill in all the mandatory fields in the application form and click on ‘Self-Declaration’.
- Enter the captcha/verification code and click ‘Submit’.
- Preview your details, then click ‘Attach Annexure’ to upload all required documents.
- Save the annexure and then submit your application.
- Print the generated Acknowledgement Receipt for future reference.
Offline Application:
Applicants can also submit their application offline. The detailed offline process is similar in terms of document submission and verification at the concerned offices.

- Birth Certificate (issued by Municipal Committee/Corporation/Government Hospital)
- School Certificate (5th, 8th, or 10th class)
- Voter Card (issued by Election Department, Haryana) showing photograph
- If none of the above are available, a medical examination may be conducted by a team at the district civil hospital upon a request letter from the District Social Welfare Officer (DSWO).
Residential Proof (Any one of the following, issued prior to 15 years):
- Ration Card (issued by Food & Supplies Department, Haryana)
- Voter Card (issued by Election Department, Haryana) showing photograph
- Alternatively, a self-declaration document along with any other verifiable proof, subject to DSWO verification.
