Nirman Shramik Shiksha Kaushal Vikas Yojana (NSKKVY) by the Government of Rajasthan is a project which aims to address the financial stress on education & skill development of children of registered construction workers. Under the scheme scholarships are awarded to students from Class 6 to Post Graduation so that they can complete their studies and layoff for a job.

Eligibility Criteria
For Beneficiaries
- The applicant must be a registered construction worker in the Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers’ Welfare Board.
- Only the son, daughter, or wife of the registered worker is eligible for the scholarship.
- A maximum of two children (or one child and wife) can avail of the scholarship.
- If both husband and wife are registered beneficiaries, then a maximum of two children per family can avail the scholarship.
- There is no limit on meritorious students for receiving cash awards.
For Students
- The student must be studying regularly in a government or private school/college recognized by the Central/State Government.
- For ITI and Polytechnic courses, students must be enrolled in recognized institutes within Rajasthan.
- To qualify for the merit cash awards, students must have scored:
- 75% or above in Class 8th to 12th.
- 60% or above in Diploma, Graduation, or Postgraduate levels (including professional courses like Medical and Engineering).
- The age limit for the worker’s wife is 35 years, and she must be pursuing regular studies in a recognized institution.
- The scholarship is payable only after passing the relevant examination for a year.
- In case of final-year students (Class 12th, Diploma, Graduation, Post Graduation), admission to the next class is not mandatory for receiving the scholarship.
- If a registered construction worker does not deposit contributions for one year, they will lose beneficiary status, making their dependents ineligible for the scholarship.
- The scholarship may resume if the beneficiary restores registration.

Online Registration Process
- Visit the official portal.
- Click on “Register”.
- You will be redirected to the SSO (Single Sign-On) registration page.
- Choose one of the following options to proceed:
- Jan Aadhaar
- Google Account
- Jan Aadhaar Registration:
- Enter Jan Aadhaar Number and click “Next”.
- Select the applicant’s name and head of the family.
- Click “Send OTP” and enter the OTP to complete registration.
- Google Registration:
- Enter Gmail ID and password.
- Click on the new SSO link that appears.
- Generate SSO ID and password.
- Enter a mobile number and click “Register”.
Applying for the Scholarship
- Log in to the official portal using your SSO ID.
- The dashboard will open; click on “LDMS”.
- In LDMS, select “Welfare Schemes” and then select “BOCW Welfare Board”.
- Click on “Apply for Scheme”.
- On the next page, select “Nirman Shramik Shiksha Kaushal Vikas Yojana” from the list of schemes.
- Fill out all required details and upload necessary documents.
- Submit the application.

- Copy of the registration identity card of the construction worker.
- Copy of the first page of the bank passbook (showing name, account number, and IFSC code).
- Aadhaar Card and Bhamashah Card (optional).
- Self-attested copy of the mark sheet of the last class/course completed.
