Nikshay Poshan Yojana 2025— National Health Mission (NHM), Central TB Division, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW, Govt of India. It seeks to enable tubutation patients — who are registered or notified in NIKSHAY portal while on treatment for TB receive nutrition support. This is a scheme which gives direct nutrition (i.e monetary or in kind benefit to the patient for that eligible TB, so that a proper NUTRITION can be provided while undergoing treatment.
Benefits
- Cash or In-kind Incentive:
- Cash: ₹500/- per month for each notified TB patient for the entire duration of their treatment.
- In-kind: A food basket valued at a minimum of ₹500 per month.
