Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the National Talent Scholarship (NTS), a student must:
- Take admission in an ICAR-recognized Agricultural University outside their state of domicile.
- Maintain good academic performance and conduct as certified by the Head of the College/University/Institution.
- Not remain absent without prior permission.
- Not participate in any agitation or strike during the scholarship period.
- Pursue studies full-time and not take up any part-time job.
- Not accept any other scholarship during the postgraduate course.
- Not leave the course within one month of admission, or else no scholarship will be paid.
- Not change the allocated subject for which the scholarship was granted.
