Application Process
Offline Application
- Obtain the Application Form:

- Fill in all the mandatory fields, affix a passport-sized photograph (signed across if required), and attach self-attested copies of all necessary documents.
- Submit the Application:
- Submit the completed application form along with the required documents. You will receive an acknowledgement receipt confirming the submission.
- Verification:
- The submitted documents will be verified by the District Panchayat/Gram Panchayat/Urban Body or Ward Office, as applicable.
- Post Application Process:
- Once verified and approved, the applicant’s name will be added to the pension proposal for that month. In case of any discrepancies or missing information, the application will be rejected with a written notice detailing the reason.
