Eligibility Criteria

For Aftercare

  • Children who have stayed in childcare institutions for at least 5 years (including the year of release).
  • Orphaned or abandoned children exempted from the 5-year stay requirement.
  • Children not placed under adoption or foster care but rehabilitated in a childcare institution are eligible.
  • Assistance is available until the age of 24 years or the prescribed time limit, whichever comes first.

For Sponsorship

  • Both parents must be deceased.

  1. District Program Officers or Child Protection Officers will identify families eligible for assistance.

  3. Home Study Reports & Social Investigation Reports will be prepared as per the Madhya Pradesh Sponsorship Guidelines, 2020.
