Application Process
Registration Process under A.B.O.C.W.W.B:
- Online Registration:

- Click on ‘Registration Page for New Worker’ and fill in all mandatory details. Upload the required documents and complete the payment (via UPI, cards, net banking, or Challan).
- Post-Registration:
- The registering officer is notified and scrutinizes the application.
- A scrutiny committee meets every 15 days to review applications. Queries, if any, are communicated via SMS for re-uploading documents.
- Approved applications are notified through SMS and an ID card is generated automatically.
Application Process to Apply Under the Scheme (For Registered Workers):

- Only active registered workers may log in using their ID number or registered phone number at https://abocwwb.assam.gov.in/.
- Click on ‘Login Now’ and enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number.
- Application Submission:
- Once logged in, access the individual console where functions such as detail updating, fee due, and benefits eligible are available.
- Click on ‘Benefit’ and select the applicable scheme. The portal will redirect to an online application form specific to this scheme.
- Fill in the application form with all mandatory fields and upload the necessary documents.
- Submit the form; a tracking/reference number will be generated for future reference.
- Post-Application Verification:
- Submitted applications are displayed in the concerned officer’s console.
- The application undergoes verification and scrutiny through a committee process.
- Following PFMS auto-verification of account details, a Print Advice is generated and the approving authority disburses the benefit via PFMS.
