Eligibility
- Must be a domicile of Jharkhand.
- Must be a student currently enrolled in a recognized institution.
- Should have passed the previous examination with at least 45% marks or Second Division (not applicable for Classes 1-5).
- Alternatively, the student must have gained admission through a competitive examination.
- Must be the child of a worker registered with the Jharkhand Building and Other Construction Worker Welfare Board (JBOCWWB).
- Scholarship can be availed for up to two children per registered worker.

Online Registration

- Click “Login” at the top right corner → Select “Register Here”.
- Fill in the registration form:

- Verify OTP sent to your mobile/email.

Application Submission
- Log in to the portal → Navigate to “Services > BOC Scheme Benefit > Application Form”.
- Fill in the required details:
- Basic Details: BOC Registration Number, Student’s Name, Parent’s Name, Date of Birth, Aadhaar, District, Gender.
- Select Scheme from the drop-down list.
- Upload Required Documents (Ensure correct file size and format).
- Submit the application → Note down the Application ID for future reference.
Checking Application Status
- Application undergoes three-level approval: Clerk → Labour Superintendent → DLC.
- Go to: “Services > BOC Scheme Benefit > Application Status”.
- Enter your Application ID and click “Search”.
- Once approved, print the confirmation and submit it at the Labour Office to claim the scholarship.
