The scheme “Mahila Kisan Yojana” is an economic empowerment initiative launched by the Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation, Government of Haryana. It provides financial support to Scheduled Caste women for self-employment in agriculture and allied sectors. Loans are offered in collaboration with NSFDC for projects with unit costs up to ₹50,000.

Eligibility

Applicant must be female
-
Must be a permanent resident of Haryana

Must belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category

Must be listed in the BPL survey list

Family annual income should not exceed:

₹1,50,000 for 50% of beneficiaries

₹3,00,000 for the remaining 50% beneficiaries

Application Process
Online Mode
Step 1: Visit the Antyodaya SARAL Portal
Step 2: Click “New user? Register here” in the SIGN IN section
Step 3: Fill in all required registration details, set a strong password, and submit
Step 4: Validate email and mobile number through OTP
Step 5: Login using your credentials
Step 6: Go to ‘Apply for Service’ → View All Available Services
Step 7: Select Mahila Kisan Yojana from the list of schemes
Step 8: Fill the application form, enter the verification code, and submit
Step 9: Upload required documents under ‘Attach Annexure’
Step 10: Submit the final application and download the Acknowledgement Receipt
