Eligibility
- Work-Related Disability:
- The scheme is available for workers who become disabled during their duty period due to an accident or other causes at the workplace.
- Regular Contributions:
- Only workers (Shramyogis) whose organization or unit has regularly paid their Labour Welfare Fund for the last one year are eligible.
- Application Timeframe:
- Applications must be made within 2 years of the accident. Applications received after this deadline will be processed at the office.
- Proof of Payment:
- The worker must submit proof that the organization has paid the required contribution.
- Final Decision:
- The decision of the Welfare Commissioner is final, and the jurisdiction for the scheme is Ahmedabad.

- On the homepage, click on ‘Citizen Login’ and then ‘Please Register Here’.
- Enter your Aadhaar Card number, select the user type, and enter your Labour Welfare Fund Account Number.
- Click on ‘Fetch’ to verify your details.
- Enter your user details and set a password.
- After successful registration, log in using your User ID and password.
