A scholarship scheme for girls of Himachal Pradesh, established in 2012-13 by the Government of Himachal Pradesh in memory of late astronaut Ms Kalpana Chawla that helps in paying the fees of girls from SC/ST and other economically weaker sections to get admissions in higher studies without any financial stress to fulfil their dreams & make them financially independent – “Kalpana Chawla Chatravriti Yojana 2025”. It will be applicable to all the eligible girl students in Himachal Pradesh who are residents and studying at recognised Institution of state.
