Jharkhand State Scheduled Caste Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme is an initiative started by Department of Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste, Minority Welfare GoI (Government Of Jharkhand). The goal of the scheme is to enable ever increasing the level of academics among Scheduled Caste (SC) students of Jharkhand for which fees, academics and maintenance subsidy will be given to them. This help SC students in their post matric and enhance the results in higher studies.

- Visit the e-Kalyan portal designated by the Department of Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes, Minorities, and Backward Classes Welfare.
- Enter Aadhaar number, name, date of birth, gender, and mobile number to register.

- After validation, an Application ID will be generated.
- Enter Aadhaar-linked bank account details (applications with incorrect bank details will be rejected).
