Janani Shishu Suraksha Karyakram (JSSK): Free Maternity & Infant Care Services in Government Hospitals

Launched by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), Government of India in June 2011, the Janani Shishu Suraksha Karyakram (JSSK) plan aims to eradicate out-of-pocket costs for pregnant women visiting government health institutions for delivery.
