Investment Promotion Scheme (IPS) for MSME Sector: Assistance To Small And Medium Enterprises (SME) For Raising Of Capital Through SME Exchange

The “Assistance To Small And Medium Enterprises (SME) For Raising Of Capital Through SME Exchange” is a sub-scheme under the “Investment Promotion Scheme (IPS)” for the MSME sector. It was initially launched on 3rd July 2015 by the Department of Industries, U.T. Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu for five years. The scheme has been extended from 20th May 2022 and shall remain in force till 19th May 2027.

The objective of the scheme is to support SMEs in raising equity capital via the SME Exchange, thereby facilitating business growth, investment, and sustainability.

Benefits

• 25% reimbursement of the expenditure incurred for raising capital through SME Exchange

• Maximum financial assistance: ₹5,00,000 (one-time support)

Eligibility

• The applicant must be a:

  • New Manufacturing/Service unit, or

  • Existing Manufacturing/Service unit undergoing Expansion or Diversification

• The unit must:

  • Be classified under the MSME sector

  • Have commenced commercial production between 20.05.2022 to 19.05.2027

  • Be located in the U.T. of Dadra and Nagar Haveli & Daman and Diu

  • Apply for the scheme within one year from the date of listing on the SME Exchange

6. Receive login credentials via email

2. Login using your Mobile Number and PIN

3. Click “Departments & Services” from the left menu

4. Scroll to “District Industries Centre DD & DNH” and click “Click Here” under the IPS scheme

5. Fill in the Common Application Form with all required information and upload documents

6. Review and verify the details

7. Click “Submit” to complete the application
