Eligibility
• All farmers are eligible.

Offline Process
• Step 1: Visit the Department of Agriculture and Farmer’s Welfare/ Uzhavar Udhaviyagams (Farmers’ Help Centres)/ Agricultural Officer, Mahe during office hours and request a hard copy of the application form.
• Step 2: Fill in all mandatory fields, paste a passport-sized photograph (signed if required), and attach copies of all mandatory documents (self-attested if required).
• Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form and documents to the concerned authority.
• Step 4: Upon receipt, necessary entries will be made in the application receipt register, and a unique number will be assigned as an acknowledgment for further reference.

• If no identity card is issued, a copy of the land document (sale deed/partition deed/gift deed or will)

• A cultivation certificate from the land owner or Agriculture/Revenue Department (jointly verified)
