Application Process (Offline)
- Obtain the Application Form:
- Visit the Office/Sub-Office of the Department of Women and Child Development during office hours to request the hard copy of the prescribed application form from designated staff,

- Print the prescribed application form from the official website.
- Complete the Application:
- Fill in all the mandatory fields on the form.
- Paste a passport-sized photograph (signed across if required).
- Attach copies of all mandatory documents (self-attested as required).
- Submission:
- Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the necessary documents to the Deputy Director (Women Development) or the Child Development Project Officer (based on your location).
- Note: The application should be submitted at least 30 days before the proposed marriage date (if applicable).
