This scheme, part of the Goa Startup Policy 2017, encourages the establishment of learning centers in Goa and provides various subsidies and benefits.

Eligibility Criteria

For Educational Institutions
- Must be listed by the Start-up Promotion Cell (SPC).
- Must have a valid Startup Cell Registration Number.
- Must have at least one established learning center in Goa.
- Must be recognized by an authorized Government body (e.g., AICTE, UGC, NBA, etc.).
Note: Only expenditures incurred one year before the notification of the Goa Start-up Policy 2017 and paid digitally are eligible for reimbursement. If digital payment is not feasible, SPC will determine eligibility based on due diligence.
Application Process
Online Application
- Visit the official Goa Startup Mission Website.
- Verify your Email ID and Mobile Number using OTP.
- Register by filling in all required details (Name, Date of Birth, Address, etc.).
- Create a Login ID & Password and accept the Terms & Conditions.
- Login to the website and navigate to the relevant scheme application.
- Fill in the application form, upload necessary documents, and submit.
- Save your application reference number for tracking purposes.
Offline Application
- Download and print the application form.
- Fill out the form and attach all required documents (self-attestation required).
- Submit the application to SPC via email at [email protected].
Important: Applications must be submitted within six months of incurring the relevant expenditure.
Approval & Notification
SPC will evaluate applications within 45 days and notify applicants about approval or rejection.
