For Educational Institutions

  • Must be listed by the Start-up Promotion Cell (SPC).
  • Must have a valid Startup Cell Registration Number.
  • Must have at least one established learning center in Goa.
  • Must be recognized by an authorized Government body (e.g., AICTE, UGC, NBA, etc.).

Note: Only expenditures incurred one year before the notification of the Goa Start-up Policy 2017 and paid digitally are eligible for reimbursement. If digital payment is not feasible, SPC will determine eligibility based on due diligence.

Application Process

Online Application

  1. Visit the official Goa Startup Mission Website.
  2. Verify your Email ID and Mobile Number using OTP.
  3. Register by filling in all required details (Name, Date of Birth, Address, etc.).
  4. Create a Login ID & Password and accept the Terms & Conditions.
  5. Login to the website and navigate to the relevant scheme application.
  6. Fill in the application form, upload necessary documents, and submit.
  7. Save your application reference number for tracking purposes.

Offline Application

  1. Download and print the application form.
  2. Fill out the form and attach all required documents (self-attestation required).
  3. Submit the application to SPC via email at [email protected].

Important: Applications must be submitted within six months of incurring the relevant expenditure.

SPC will evaluate applications within 45 days and notify applicants about approval or rejection.
