Eligibility
To qualify for Garima Greh, a transgender person must meet the following criteria:
- Certification:
Must hold a transgender certificate issued through the National Portal for Transgender Persons. Those with certificates from other sources are encouraged to register on the National Portal. - Economic Status:
Preferably should be living below the poverty line. - Age Criteria:
Must be aged above 18 years and below 60 years. - Social & Employment Status:
Should be abandoned or destitute, unemployed, and not engaged in sex work or begging, nor involved in any productive commercial activities.

Applicants must register by filling out the admission form (Annexure 2) and a personal affidavit (Annexure 3) as per the guidelines provided.
