- Submission:
- Submit the filled application form along with the supporting documents to the Assistant Director, Industrial Health of your jurisdiction.
- Review Process:
- The Assistant Director will review your application and forward it to the Office of the Labour Commissioner-cum-Welfare Commissioner, Haryana.
- Notification:
- Await notification from the Labour Department regarding the approval or any additional requirements.
- Disbursement:
