Benefits of the Scheme
- For under-2-horsepower vehicles:
- Fuel subsidy: 50% up to 15 gallons per month.
- Vehicles above 2 horsepower:
- Fuel subsidy: 50% up to 25 gallons per month.
Eligibility Criteria
- Residency:
- The applicant must be a Native/Resident of the Union Territory of Pondicherry for at least 5 years.
- Income Limit:
- Annual income should not exceed ₹75,000.
- Vehicle Ownership:
- The vehicle must be registered in the applicant’s name.
- Distance Requirement:
- The distance between the applicant’s residence and duty point must be greater than 6 km.
- Disability Requirement:
