The FSSAI Internship Program offers students unique learning opportunities in food safety regulation and administration. FSSAI, established under the Food Safety & Standards Act, 2006, operates under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. It is the apex body ensuring food safety and compliance across the country.
Tenure
- Internship is available throughout the year on a quarterly basis.
- Duration: Up to 3 months (extendable to 6 months).
- Minimum duration: 2 months.
