Applicant Profile:

Must be a traditional fisherman by birth or profession, or professionally engaged in fishing/fish trade.

Must be a resident of Goa with a continuous residency of at least 5 years at the time of application.

The fishing craft must be registered with the Department of Captain of Ports, Government of Goa.
