Application Process
Online Registration of a Construction Worker Under HBOCWWB
- Visit the Official Website of the Labour Department, Haryana.
- Click on the “Building & Ors Const. Workers Welfare Board” link.
- Read the instructions, tick the acknowledgment box, and click “Submit”.
- Verification using Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) – Family ID:
- If you do not have a Family ID, you will be redirected to the PPP Portal to generate one.
- If you have a Family ID, enter it and click “Fetch Family Details”.
- Select a family member for registration.
- Enter the OTP sent to the registered mobile number.
- Click “Verify”.
- Aadhaar Verification: Provide the Aadhaar number and accept the declaration. Click “Continue”.
- Complete the registration form and submit it.
- Login to the portal using the newly created credentials.
- To avail of benefits, workers must pay the registration fee and provide proof of a minimum of 90 days of work experience from the preceding year.
- After submission, the application will be reviewed and approved by the officer. Once approved, the worker can avail of the scheme benefits.

- Visit the Official Portal – Antyodaya-SARAL Portal.
- If not registered, click on “New User/Register Here”, enter the required details, and click “Submit”.
- After registration, login with credentials received via SMS.
- Click on “Scheme/Services List”, search for the Financial Assistance for Treatment of Chronic Diseases scheme.
- Click “Apply for Service/Scheme”, fill out the form, and submit the application.

- Login to the Antyodaya-SARAL Portal.
- Click on “Track Application Status”.
- Enter Application Reference Number and click “Get Data” to check status.
