The Haryana Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation (HSFDC), in collaboration with the National Safai Karamcharis Finance & Development Corporation (NSKFDC), provides education loans for higher studies in India and abroad.

This scheme is specifically designed for Safai Karamcharis or their dependents to help them pursue professional and technical education and build a better future.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Permanent Resident of Haryana.
  2. Age Requirement: Between 18 and 55 years.

  4. Applicant should be a Safai Karamchari or a dependent.

Definition of “Permanent Safai Karamchari”:
A person engaged in sanitation work and includes his/her dependents.

  • Issued by a Gazetted Officer, elected members of Municipal Bodies, Gram Panchayat Pradhans, or officers from Railways, Schools, Health & Education Departments.
