The applicant’s monthly income should not exceed ₹4,000/-, or the applicant should belong to the Below Poverty Level (BPL) category. - Exclusions:
The applicant should not be a beneficiary of any other pension scheme.

Online Process
- Visit the Official Website:
Click on “Online Application” in the menu bar. - Submit New Online Application:
Click on “Submit New Online Application” and complete the registration form. - Registration:
- Select the Divyang Pension scheme from the registration form.
- Fill in all the required details.
- Save the application form. You will receive a password via SMS on your registered mobile number.
- Applicant Login:
- Click on “Applicant Login” using your user ID and password.
- Update your registered application information as needed.
- Upload Documents:
- Upload all required documents in PDF format (maximum file size: 1 MB) by clicking on the Upload Documents menu.
- Print Application:
After uploading the documents, you can print the application form by selecting the Print Application Form menu item.

Documents Required
- Income Certificate or BPL Certificate:
Issued by the Tahsildar, indicating a monthly income not exceeding ₹4,000/-. - Proposal for Open Meeting of Gram Sabha.
- Copy of Family Register.
- Aadhaar Card.
- Copy of Savings Bank Account Passbook:
Ensure that the name in the passbook and Aadhaar card matches the name in the application form. - Latest Photograph of the Applicant.
- Disability Certificate:
Must indicate a disability exceeding 40% and should be issued by the Chief Medical Officer or via the Unique Disability ID (UDID) Card.
Note:
- The applicant’s information such as scheme, district, area, tehsil, block, panchayat, village, city, and ward cannot be updated once submitted.
- Do not mention joint/loan bank account details in the application.
