Benefits
- Natural Death:
- An amount of ₹1,00,000 is sanctioned to the nominees or dependents of a deceased, registered worker in case of natural death.
- Accidental Death (Registered Workers):
- In the event of an accidental death during the course of employment, ₹2,00,000 is provided to the nominees or dependents of the registered worker.
- Accidental Death (Non-registered Workers):
- For accidental death of non-registered construction workers, a benefit of ₹50,000 is provided, subject to the production of a certificate from the Tehsildar confirming that the deceased was a construction worker.
Eligibility Criteria
- Relationship:
- The applicant must be a legal nominee or dependent of the deceased worker.

- The deceased worker should have been a resident of the Union Territory of Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
