Eligibility
• Must be a Micro, Small, or Medium Enterprise (MSME)
• Belong to the manufacturing sector
• Should have started production on or after 1st April 2019
• Must be in private, cooperative, joint sector, or a State-managed enterprise/SHG
• DOCCP (Date of Commencement of Commercial Production) should be between 1st April 2020 and 31st March 2025

• Units already availed or registered under other state incentive schemes
• Units that commenced production before 1st April 2019
• Negative List of Industries (e.g., Sponge Iron Factory, certain types of Brick kilns)
• Investment in second-hand machinery and specific excluded items (tools, installation charges, firefighting equipment, etc.)
