The “State Capital Investment Subsidy” is a sub-scheme under the “Banglashree for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises” scheme, launched on 1st April 2020 by the Department of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Textiles, Government of West Bengal, and will remain in force till 31st March 2025.

Eligible micro or small enterprises located in Zone C, D & E are entitled to a State Capital Investment Subsidy for approved projects.

Must be a Micro/Small/Medium enterprise in the manufacturing sector

Application Process
Online Mode via Shilpasathi Portal

Visit Shilpasathi Portal → ‘Apply Online’ → ‘Create New’

Select applicant type and enter registration number
-
Fill mandatory fields on ‘User Registration’ → Click ‘Register’
Application Submission Steps

Log in to portal → Go to ‘ALL SERVICES’ → Select ‘MSME Incentive’

Click ‘Create CAF’ → CAF ID generated → Click ‘Apply Online’

Fill eligibility form → Click “Save and Continue” to access CAF
-
Fill & update CAF → Preview form
-
Go to dashboard → Click “Click to Proceed” → “Save”
-
Click “Preview” → Go to “Online Form – A”
-
In “APPLY SUBSIDY” section → Enter year-wise subsidy details
-
In “FILL UP SUBSIDY” tab → Add multi-year subsidy breakup
-
Upload documents → Click “VERIFY & SUBMIT” → Submit application

Application reference number will be generated for tracking
