The Assistance Scheme for Occupational Diseases is implemented by the Gujarat Building and Other Construction Worker’s Welfare Board (GBOCWWB) under the Labour, Skill Development & Employment Department, Government of Gujarat. The scheme provides financial assistance and free medical treatment to registered construction workers who suffer from 15 types of occupational diseases and 23 types of serious injuries.
Benefits
- ₹1,500 per month assistance for registered workers with less than 90% disability.
- ₹3,000 per month assistance for registered workers with 90 to 100% disability.
- Maximum financial assistance up to ₹3,00,000/-.
- Free medical treatment for eligible construction workers in hospitals approved by the State Government.

Online Application Process for ‘E-Nirman Card’
- Visit the e-Nirman Portal: enirmanbocw.gujarat.gov.in.
- Click on “Please Register Here” under the Login to Portal tab.
- Enter the required details and click “Register”.
- Log in using your User ID and Password.
- Update your profile with necessary details and click “Update”.
- Select “Construction Works Form” and fill in all required details.
- Upload the relevant documents and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
- Submit the form and note down the Application Number.
Tracking Application Status
- Visit the e-Nirman Portal.
- Click on “View Citizen Application Status”.
- Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth.
- Click “View Status”.

- Click “Please Register Here” under the Citizen Login tab.
- Enter your Aadhaar Number, User Type, and E-Nirman Card Number.
- Click “Fetch” and submit the details.

- Select the scheme and read the instructions carefully.
- Fill out the application form and upload the required documents.
- Agree to the Rules & Regulations and submit the form.
- A confirmation email with an Application Number will be sent to your registered email.
